I had called around other businesses in the area, and these were the only guys that sounded excited to talk to me on the phone. Took my 30ft Wells Cargo trailer up there with a frozen American Lock Series 701. He had the Frozen lock off in seconds, rekeyed a new one, also created a new key set for my trailer door in less than 45 minutes for the entire visit. These guys are real pros and have a deep knowledge of locks. I highly recommend you give them a go! Best in the area hands down.

I reached out to the Fox Lake location to get an electric strike door lock for my office. The tech came out the next day to inspect. Two weeks and four follow up calls later, and I am still waiting just for the estimate. I'm giving up on them. Even if they finally decide to complete an estimate, there is no telling how long it would take for them to get around to doing the install. This is especially disappointing, as we had a homeless man walk in to the office brandishing a knife. I need to get this electric strike done so my staff can feel safe, and I've only been strung along by Waukegan Safe & Lock for two weeks.
